Overview
Molly is an HRIS web application designed to help employers and employees automate and manage essential HR tasks. As part of its platform expansion, the project focused on creating a dedicated Help Center page to support users in navigating features, resolving common issues, and understanding workflows more efficiently.
My role involved designing the UI/UX and developing the frontend for the Help Center page using Bootstrap and jQuery. The goal was to create a clear, accessible, and easy-to-navigate support experience that aligned with Molly’s existing dashboard while improving usability for both employees and administrators.
Challenges
One of the main challenges was organizing a large amount of informational content in a way that felt simple and approachable. The Help Center needed to guide users quickly to the answers they were looking for without overwhelming them, which required thoughtful information architecture and clear content hierarchy.

Final thoughts
The Molly Help Center successfully improved the platform’s support experience by making HR processes easier to understand and navigate. The combination of clean UI, structured layouts, and intuitive interactions helped reduce friction for users interacting with complex HR features.
This project reinforced the importance of clarity in enterprise and internal tools. Designing a support-focused interface requires balancing functionality with simplicity, and this experience strengthened my approach to creating user-centered solutions for HR and business applications.
